Before you book

The booking process

To send a message or a booking request you will be asked to create an account or log in with an existing social one.

We know booking for a month is a lot of pressure so you can send as many questions, messages to your Patron as you want.

When you feel confident enough you can proceed with the booking request. You will be asked to add in your desired dates and goal for the month.

Patrons need to approve you before the booking is finalised. Just after that you can do the payment.

Not a 24/7 experience

To make the most out of your dream you need to be proactive and ask! Your Patrons and our local representatives are here to help! You just need to reach out. Interested in the region, in a particular job, the business?

Your Patrons are working very hard so they might be busy sometimes.

Make sure you ask them all the questions you want and go explore on your own.

If you want to be pampered and looked after 24/7 – our dream packages are not for you.

We are here to show you everything, but you need to be proactive too 🙂

Insurance first

Our formula is very simple – we make sure you have a great time during your dream and you make sure you are safe during the experience. Travel and theft protection are up to you but please ask for a personal accident insurance. In the unlikely case of an injury we want to make sure you and your Patron are both covered.

Please note having a personal accident insurance is mandatory for your experience.  

Dietary preferences – if any

Please always let our Patron know if you need to follow any dietary requirements. They will try their best however in amazing culinary wonders like Sicily and Paris it may be hard to resist. Please always make sure to ask what ingredients are added.

Cancellation policy

Our refund policy is simple – if you cancel your dream you get back the booking fee.
However our Patrons get to choose their own refund policy – see during booking.

Communication policy

Always communicate through our platform with the Patrons. Same goes for payment – never transfer money directly. We have no hidden costs, what you see is what you get.

If they ask you to do, do not send any money but let us know. We’ll never ask you to pay for anything outside our site, through email, or through a third-party booker.

Keep us in the loop if anything suspicious happens.

Guest requirements

Guests are welcome to be with you on your dream experience occasionally. This means they can come to see you, bring you lunch and meet with the Patrons but please note they cannot be there all the time with you as we have serious regulations to follow.

They can choose a dream near you or we are happy to give them tips to explore the area.
